Why should you open up a franchise rather than an independent business?
Two reasons why: after 5 years, 92% of franchises are still in business versus 23% of independent companies; and after 10 years, 90% of franchises are still operating as opposed to only 18% of independent businesses.
Here are the six simple steps it will take to own your own laser hair removal center through Tropicalaser:
- Complete and submit the “Request for Consideration” form linked here
- Wait for a Tropicalaser representative to contact you after reviewing your form to have a detailed conversation about the opportunity, your goals and expectations as well as the investment needed to get started. If everything aligns, an orientation visit will be scheduled (details below)
- Complete the franchise opportunity application and make a deposit
- Due diligence – meet with other Tropicalaser Franchise Owners, retain Legal Counsel and schedule a closing date
- Next is your local market visit, where Topicalaser’s leadership team will travel to your market to provide assistance in preparation and help get your center off the ground
- Finally, execution of franchise opportunity agreement, payment of fees and scheduling of corporate support services
During your orientation visit, you will have the opportunity to meet with the executive team and hear about the company in an introductory meeting, speak about your financing options and take a tour of the support departments. Next you will engage in a strategy session, including geographic criteria, opportunity and marketing analysis as well as a training program where executives you will watch and take part in laser equipment demonstrations. Finally, you’ll visit the Weston clinic and wrap it up with a meeting of questions and answers with the executives.
